Years ago, I bought this silk cord to restring some pearls. I have yet to open the package.

Pixie’s ears are as soft as silk. And she was too busy playing with the other dog, India, to sit and let me get a close-up of her silky ears. I was quite surprised that this one turned out as sharp as it did.
(hanging head in shame) I can’t tell you how many unopened packages of just about everything I have squirreled around the house…
With me, it’s the art supplies (as you know) and unread books.
One of my first thoughts for today’s call was a photo of Caddie’s silky dog ears. : ) My second thought was my dupioni silk wedding gown, but I couldn’t get anything good out of it. I love your picture of Pixie. She looks so playful.
