\nWater as in, put the phone in the water and grab some underwater shots. Daring? Yes! I tried to be confident that the dry bag would keep the phone safe. I had my doubts, but, lo and behold, it worked!<\/p>\n

Now, if only I could have seen the screen in order to compose — then it would have been great! But, as it is, I had a great time trying something new and I’m eager to tweak things and try again.<\/p>\n

I was so in love with the blue in Barb’s hipstamatic shots<\/a> that I used the same lens (and my favorite color film Blanko Freedom) to take the underwater shots. The deeply saturated blues are fun and the blury effect works well with the water theme. I also used the Steller app to create a different version of this “story.” You can see that one on the Steller app or here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
