But I can&#8217;t really take a picture of the four-year-old size &#8220;dent&#8221; in the drywall, or the dog-scratched doors, or the monster-truck pitted tables. You get the idea, I&#8217;m sure. Seven children can be a bit hard on a house.<\/p>\n<p>The image in my mind was strongly backlit by the evening sun, a golden light shaping the natural materials and adding dimension to the simple arrangement. Since I can&#8217;t get that light naturally in my home, I used a flash with a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Rogue-ROGUEGRID-Stacking-Honeycomb-Shoe-Mount\/dp\/B004TGZ7WM\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;qid=1402072109&#038;sr=8-1&#038;keywords=rogue+grid\">Rogue grid<\/a> covered with a full cut of CTO gel (the warm orange gel that makes everything look like the golden hour.) I&#8217;m trying my best to master this flash stuff &mdash; one little bit at a time.
