I am Jessica Vincent Maleski, and Siena Falls is my practice.

I spent six years on staff inside Catholic schools and apostolates, and the twenty years around that working with mission-driven organizations: director of development and educational technology at a parish school, technology teacher at a Catholic academy, web editor at a Washington policy institute, and government affairs administrator at a law firm, where I help produce an annual multi-event benefit for the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist.

I have sat in both chairs of the budget conversation, the one asking for the money and the one deciding whether to spend it. That is why I scope work the way I do. I know what it is like to be the person responsible for a website with no time and no budget to fix it.

Siena Falls began as a web design studio in Northern Virginia and has grown into a full digital practice. The work now runs from building and maintaining sites to setting up email infrastructure, running paid program launches, and producing the photography, video, and podcast material that goes with them. I use AI as a research and synthesis tool, the way a lawyer uses Westlaw, which is part of why the turnaround times are what they are. The judgment and the work are mine.

The name is for St. Catherine of Siena, a fourteenth-century woman who advised heads of state, wrote theology, and carried an impossible workload with clarity and courage. It seemed like the right thing to aim at.

I work remotely, with clients anywhere.
