After two years of aching feet and painful walking, I finally managed to get myself to the doctor this afternoon. His diagnosis was potential stress fractures — no wonder the orthotic shoes weren’t helping!
And a very successful technique too — I might add! : ) Love that golden sunlight…nothing else like it! Lucky you had it today, we were so grey and overcast my eyes hurt all day from the lack of contrast.
